The horizontal stroke can produce the compression amount necessary for crushing the material. As the material is crushed, the larger the block size, the greater the compression amount required. Therefore, the general horizontal stroke gradually decreases from the inlet to the outlet. The vertical stroke of the moving jaw causes relative movement in the vertical direction between the moving and fixed jaws to grind the material. At the same time, the friction effect causes wear and tear on the liner of the Hubei and reduces the service life of the liner. It can be known from the above analysis that the stroke characteristic value cannot be too large or too small.

In addition, if the horizontal stroke of the crushing cavity decreases from top to bottom, it will hinder the discharge of the material, and the characteristic value of the crushing cavity decreases from top to bottom, which is not conducive to the crushing process.

The simulation analysis of the jaw crusher dynamics can provide a certain theoretical basis for the optimization of the structure parameters and process parameters of the jaw crusher.
