1.The output of Sand And Gravel Crushing Plant
does not reach the factory standard
(1) Replace or increase the crusher;
(2) Change the motor wiring;
(3) Adjust the discharge port to the nominal discharge port specified in the instruction manual and add a crusher for fine crushing;
(4) Check the tooth plate size. If it does not meet the standard, you must replace the jaw plate, adjust the relative position of the fixed jaw plate and the movable jaw plate to ensure that the tooth top is fixed and compressed to prevent the displacement;
(5) Increase the working site voltage to make it suitable for the host's heavy load requirements;
(6) Replace bearings or move jaws.
2. There is a beating or impact sound during work
(1) Tighten or align the bolts;
(2) Adjust the discharge opening to ensure the correct gap between the two jaws.
3. The main wheel of the Sand And Gravel Crushing Plant and the jaw move normally, but the crushing work stops.
(1) Replace the tension spring;
(2) Replace the tie rod;
(3) Reinstall or replace the bracket.
4. Sudden shutdown of the main unit of Sand And Gravel Crushing Plant (commonly known as: stuffy car)
(1) Remove the obstruction at the discharge port to ensure unblocked discharge;
(2) Tighten or replace the V-belt;
(3) Reinstall or replace the adapter sleeve;
(4) Adjust the voltage of the work site to meet the requirements of the host's working voltage;
(5) Replace the bearing.
